Shipping & Returns FAQ
When will my order ship?
All prints are safely packaged and shipped directly from our studio within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves our hands.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options based on the size of the artwork in your cart:
Standard Ground Shipping ($5.00): Applies to our 5x7, 6x8, and 9x12 fine art prints. These are safely packaged completely flat.
Large Print Shipping ($9.00): Applies to our 12x16 prints. Because of their size, these require heavy-duty mailing tubes to ensure they do not bend during transit.
How is my art packaged?
We take immense care to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition:
Small & Medium Prints (5x7, 6x8, 9x12): Placed inside a protective, archival clear sleeve with a rigid cardboard backing board, then shipped inside a heavy-duty, stay-flat cardboard mailer.
Large Prints (12x16): Rolled gently in protective acid-free paper and shipped inside a thick, crush-resistant cardboard mailing tube.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States. We hope to open up international shipping to our global collectors in the future!
What is your return policy?
Because each fine art print is handled as part of a limited, premium collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or accidental size orders. Please double-check your frame dimensions before checking out!
What if my print arrives damaged?
While we package everything securely, postal carriers can occasionally be rough. If your print arrives bent, torn, or damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Kunterbuntnoir.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged print
We will happily send out a replacement copy immediately at no extra cost to you.
